I have given this bank many opportunities to earn my business, very inefficient and employees are micromanaged to ask for permission for everything, Andrea Leon Guajardo and her manager Efrain Blanco just made me waste hours to try and open a business account with all my proper documents, they told me they were wrong. I’m planning to close the account because their online banking has too many restrictions and it’s hard to get support. It has been very difficult to withdraw my money. When I try to use the ATM, it says the account is inactive. Zelle transfers fail with the message: “None of the associated tokens are active for the user.” Even transferring money to my own external account costs $3 per transaction.

Called and tried to set up meeting to release pod funds. Reviewed situation in detail with Amber who said just come on in. All documents supplied to legal team months prior. Upon arrival (2 hour drive), staff refused to pay the POD on file. Showed up with death certificate. Refused to release funds to pod they have in file. Staff took a NASTY attitude even though we had all documents & previous conversations.
