Courtney Gressett is a great employee and Regions Bank is lucky to have her as part of their team. She offered assistance with delicacy, accuracy, and efficiency where her predecessors have failed to. (I won't name names). I came into Regions with my mom regarding an issue with our mortgage a couple months ago. Deposited check in ATM on Monday, technical issues on there side. Now have to wait over a week for them process everything!
