I’ve had multiple negative experiences at Regions Bank – Aliana, and they demonstrate a consistent pattern of unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. First experience (Business Account): We visited this branch to open a business account. The banker was rude and obnoxious and made us literally stand for nearly 30 minutes - no chair and not even an offer to sit. Chi Chi was very welcoming and good at her job! I loved that me and my family can connect with her and funny how we share the same name. I am very satisfied with my visit to Regions Bank at Aliana and I loved the environment in there. I am definitely recommending!
Chi Chi is very professional and good at her job. All of the employees at this branch are very courteous and helpful. They provide personal attention and I will be moving my accounts from Capital one very soon.
