Sara Magnusson at the Mableton branch provided outstanding service. She was empathetic and patient, effectively defusing the situation when I arrived upset and irate. Her ability to help me organize my affairs with such compassion was exactly what I needed. Additionally, her staff was incredibly supportive, assisting with my small children as they were lively around the bank. I will definitely make this my go-to bank.
