Been banking here for years. Went in for a money order like several times before. First time I been charged a fee to get a money order. I should of bought it closer to home and saved a trip to town.
It's a very quiet bank, and its staff are very friendly. I'm happy with Regions Bank.
I would never refer anyone to use this bank. I was charged by Budget car rental for a vehicle I never even reserved causing my account to be overdrawn.I called my bank thinking that the people at my bank would help me. It's been 4 months still haven't gotten my money back and this bank has been awful. Bank manager wouldn't take my calls or wouldn't return phone calls. Teller hung up on me when I complained about manager. Called main branch I was told that my account was going to be put on hold until my attorney got my money ... read more
