It's a very quiet bank, and its staff are very friendly. I'm happy with Regions Bank.
I would never refer anyone to use this bank. I was charged by Budget car rental for a vehicle I never even reserved causing my account to be overdrawn.I called my bank thinking that the people at my bank would help me. It's been 4 months still haven't gotten my money back and this bank has been awful. Bank manager wouldn't take my calls or wouldn't return phone calls. Despite all of the drive through’s being closed due to the power washing each teller and employee was readily helpful to keep the line moving inside on a busy Monday morning. I was standing for less than 10 minutes. Understandably not the tellers faults for the misplace of time on the power washing company. Drive throughs are already open and functioning at 9:45am. ☺️ Grateful for each employee working as diligently as they can in such a stressful moment. This is ridiculous. It’s Monday morning (I assume a busy banking time) and they have all the drive through and atm closed for no ther reason than to pressure wash! This is totally something that could have been done before or after the bank was open. Everyone has to come inside and there are two VERY slow tellers working and literally 13 people in line. Very aggravating!
