Great service
Regions shut off my old card due to fraud, so I called and asked the Alex City location if I can just get a new one person. They said I could. They were very professional and they took care of me right away.
I have been a customer for a long time and would'nt ever consider changing. The thoughtfulness is beyond compare. I used to work for two different banks, but they make me feel like I'ma a member of their family. I Never felt like that when I was an employee for either bank. They Are The Best! :)
