I have been a customer for a long time and would'nt ever consider changing. The thoughtfulness is beyond compare. I used to work for two different banks, but they make me feel like I'ma a member of their family. I Never felt like that when I was an employee for either bank. They Are The Best! :)
Normally great. They were closed today because it snowed for 5 minutes. Only option is to drive all the way to auburn to deposit a check. It would have been great if Google showed they were closed today.

I really don't like banks but my experience with Regions has made quite a difference positively. When in the Alexander City branch I don't feel pressured about making my transaction. I'm just in and out with a smile from them and me.
