I just absolutely love my regions bank in Lake St. Louis, Missouri no matter what issue I may have. They always are so helpful and pleasant and I just love the girls here.
I had someone get my checking a/c information and it was a mess. Breeya and Conda were excellent in straighting this entire thing out. They went above and beyond their every day duties. I have been a customer of the bank for over 40 years and recommend them to everyone.
Breeya was extremely helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and helped me through a fraud issue on my debit card. Would highly recommend using regions bank and the lake St. Louis branch in particular.
