My account at regions was hacked. All of my money was stolen. Regions refuses to cover my losses. They say your deposits are insured but do not believe it. Get your money out of Regions if you want to keep it.
I have been banking with Regions Bank since regions took over Union Planters bank. That has been a very long time. I have been very happy with Regions overall but have to say that this branch is my favorite to visit. It always has a good vibe and the girls that work there are always happy friendly and willing to help. Thought about switching me & the attorneys business account over to regions this year but after banking with these people for 10 plus years on an everyday spending account. Definitely reconsidering that, unwilling to assist on minor issues.
Whatever you do, DO NOT open a business account here. I own a small general contracting company. I deposit checks from customers into my business account all the time.. One day back in April someone wrote me a bad check. Not knowing, I deposited it in my account, like I always do. Regions bank caught the bad check before the money was released to my account.
