Patient workers that are thoughtful & the bank is not a packed-crazy-busy place, and is in a nice area.
The employees are always friendly. I like the 24 customer service. When PNC took over my old bank, I closed my accounts and came to Regions. Best decision ever!
My wife and I have a joint account at Regions Bank. We mostly do business at Valley Ranch branch. The staff is especially nice and knowledgeable. They are quick to assist you and we always feel confident with them. Christian Sanchez assist us most of the time and his knowledge of Regions Bank's products is excellent.
