My wife and I have a joint account at Regions Bank. We mostly do business at Valley Ranch branch. The staff is especially nice and knowledgeable. They are quick to assist you and we always feel confident with them. Christian Sanchez assist us most of the time and his knowledge of Regions Bank's products is excellent.
Had to leave work to go get a replacement debit card try to use it and it doesn’t work call customer service they say it was activated then cancelled now I have to leave work another day to go get another card not happy and then it was the manager who helped me
