Have banked with this branch of Regions for YEARS!!! Went to go deposit a cashiers check. They lady tells me that there will be a hold on it for 2 weeks or more. The check isn't over 5 grand and says its not them its the other bank . Call the other bank they dont have a hold on anything. Its a cashier check not a regular check they dont put holds on them. ATM only takes tap pay cards
The regions banker name was Courtney she was friendly and courteous I went in with my sister who was applying for a personal loan when they got through I asked a question about a credit card and Courtney was quick to offer her help to see which one would best fit me. I told her I did not have much time since I work night shift and I just got off of work. She assured me that it was a quick process and it was. I was very satisfied with the Regions Bank in Graysville, Alabama.
