I have had an excellent rapport with everyone that I have dealt with at this branch for at least twelve years. The Tellers are always cordial and polite and conduct my business quickly. When I have dealt with a Bank officer, she worked with me in a friendly manner and brought my business to a welcome outcome. I appreciate the past services and look forward to many more in the future. Thank you!
I, at times, have been SOOOO frustrated with Regions on not being able to get my money without scheduling it a week in advance and their loopholes (mostly frustrated with the Gonzales , LA Branch, bad experiences) but I stay with them because Scott Warg Branch Manager at the Crystal River Branch in FL is AMAZING. He has helped me so many times with answers to questions, etc. I am no longer in Florida and I still email him for help. He has always been very patient and kind!
