I’ll start by admitting something that probably makes the employees at Regions wonder if I even really exist: I almost never go inside the bank. I’m an online‐banking kind of person. If there were an Olympic event for logging into a mobile app, I’d be a gold medalist. So for me to take the time to actually walk through real doors and speak to real humans says something big.
