The Madison Regions Bank has a branch manager who cares about all of Regions customers, after expressing my displeasure being treated like a person in line at the DMV he rolled out the red carpet for an old client and made everything right. The Madison Regions Bank seems to not be connected to Washington, Georgia Regions, despite banking with Regions for decades almost every single deposit is placed on hold for at least ten days. Very odd behavior for a bank that makes loans that they do not trust their customers. If you have no intention of allowing your customer to not be able to access their funds it's better to inform them before they make the deposit so I can go to a bank that Trusts their customers, Bank South Greensboro is a much better bank, it's better... read more
Hands down the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of visiting they insisted it was too late to help me despite there being 2 whole hours left. Employees lied to me about appointments. The task took about 10 minutes at a different location yall go ahead and never bank here.
