Horrible customer service I went to make a withdrawal they had me fill out the paperwork that was supposed to fill out because he wanted to be on his phone had me wanting to switch banks
My fiancé came here to cash a check. He provided all the verification needed, jumped through all the hoops just to be told “the screen went blank”. My fiancé asked him what was the reason why it went blank, and Harold Webb did not give him a specific reason it went blank, nor did he attempt to remedy the situation. My fiancé then went to a different branch of Region and the same situation happened, and guess what? They worked to resolve it. They take forever
I've had issues with my payroll check funds being placed on a hold, which is a terrifying thing to see a notification for when waking up the next morning. Luckily, this has only happened to me twice (thus far, fingers crossed) but because of Harold over at the Madison branch, my funds have been released and hit my account within the same business day. Not sure if you'll ever read this, but you're a hero Harold! lol
