Recently came into the branch at 116th and Spring Mill. I had a number of different things that I needed to accomplish. The staff was super professional, very efficient, and friendly. I like going to the branch… easy in and out and always feel that they’re looking to help you.
Everyone at this branch is friendly and helpful, they make you feel like you're part of their family there!
Someone took money out off my account without my permission and region's recognized it and alerted me so they put a freeze on my account, but when I got to the bank I didn't receive my replacement card and they would only let me take 40 dollars out of my account, not good for me.
If I could give the service here zero stars I would. I got to the bank at 450 pm. They are supposed to be open until 500 pm. A couple were in the bank doing business and were walking out at the same time I was going to enter. The doors were locked. There were 2 men running the front desks. I spoke to them through the locked doors told them what I needed which was quick and simple and even though I had about 8 mins left at this time they wouldn't open the doors to serve me a long time customer. They said I would have to come ... read more
