My experience was very good. We waiting only a couple minutes to be met with Kelly and she helped us with efficiency and professionalism.
I drove from Louisville, KY after moving out of Tennessee to deposit over $1000 and create a savings account. I created a reservation and showed up to the bank the day after. The bank teller deposited all of my money in my checking's and told me to sit down to wait for a banker. I waited for 30 minutes for the Banker to pull me in and tell me that she couldn't open up a savings account with that deposit because it would cause my account to go into negatives and it would charge me a fee.
