If I could leave a 0 I would the customer service reps are rude and refuse to help you out… got charged 36$ overdraft fee for $6.99 amazon charge that I got refunded and they refuse to refund the 36$ fee…. So messed up I will be closing this account and taking my business else where

I opened a new account via telephone last week after seeing their promotional checking account last week. I tried setting up zelle this evening. The app and website both would not let me. When I tried the help chat through the app I was told I needed to call in. I called in and was transferred to a representative who could not fix the issue but would transfer me to someone who could.
