It is always a hassle. I can go to the CR branch and no problem at all. Drive in...drive out..not in Beverly Hills ! I just wish CR was closer and I never had to go back to BH. !! I opened the account there over 20 years ago, have plenty of money in the account to cash a check from another institution, they won't let me cash it !! I have to deposit in my account then with draw it ???? Great service, was not very busy in the afternoon so I was able to get everything set up and ready to go
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Been banking with regions 10+ years and new to this store. Went in to apply for new card. Was told by Katherine that my card would be in the mail 5-7 business days later. After a full 2 weeks i check my regions app and notice a fee for $99 was taken out of a card I haven’t even received. So I called into the store and spoke to a person named “Ann”. A very disappointing experience at the Regions Bank in Lecanto on 12/23/24. After scheduling an appointment and being punctual the representative was 15 minutes late and made no apologies and showed no regard for my time and then did not follow thru with my requests which caused extra time and effort need to be allocated to correct the requested transaction. This resulted in even more time wasted due to the representative not listening correctly in the first place.
