Regions Bank is a great place to bank in New Roads. I was worried when some of the staff /clerks started retiring but to my suprise the new employees are well trained and work very well with the public. Have been banking with regions for over ten years joined the military and now they won’t allow me to open a new account because I am serving in nj. Low grade ignorant black women working as operators will be taking my money elsewhere
My husband and I have been banking with Regions for a few years now, and their standard of customer service has always been exceptional, but I visited the branch in New Roads, LA for the first time yesterday, and I don't think I've ever felt so valued as a customer as the bankers there made me feel. Sometimes it's more than just the financial side of things...sometimes it's just being made to feel like you're important to them. Thanks Mr. Ryan!
Every time I come to the drive thru of this branch I have to wait 30-45 minutes, if not more. There is usually only one employee working and it's during lunch time. Most people run errands on their lunch break and this is not something that can be done quickly when you have to wait this long! They need more employees to run this location, especially during lunch time hours!!!
