My husband and I have been banking with Regions for a few years now, and their standard of customer service has always been exceptional, but I visited the branch in New Roads, LA for the first time yesterday, and I don't think I've ever felt so valued as a customer as the bankers there made me feel. Sometimes it's more than just the financial side of things...sometimes it's just being made to feel like you're important to them. Thanks Mr. Ryan!
Every time I come to the drive thru of this branch I have to wait 30-45 minutes, if not more. There is usually only one employee working and it's during lunch time. Most people run errands on their lunch break and this is not something that can be done quickly when you have to wait this long! They need more employees to run this location, especially during lunch time hours!!!
I have some of the worst anxiety doing almost any and everything. especially opening up banks accounts with the experience i have had with previous banking institutions. MS. KEELY IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She explained everything detail by detail and made sure I completely understood everything I needed to have confidence in how I bank. shes very personable and just great to talk to! I'm glad I opened a bank account here 😁
