They have a polite and courtesy staff.
They are the sweetest Crue to work with.very willing to help all they can. Very professional and kind. Some days they need help...with the enflux of customers.
The lady at the drive thru and the one that works at the customer service window( the one to the left when you walk in) are very rude! Regions customer service has really gone down since Wanda, Ponda and Felicia left. Edited: Why does the atm stay down so much? It’s ridiculous!
Really friendly staff and have gone out of their way to make sure my needs were met.
