I had some mixed experiences at this bank. The tellers are generally nice, but sometimes the wait can be a bit long during busy hours. Overall, it gets the job done, just plan to spend a little time there.
We went there to open bank account and they made us wait 40 minutes, we ask 2 employees to help out they told us one lady will take care of us after she got done we went to her told us we take turn so someone else will do it so she ask 2 other employees they started standing at each other, and one lady said no there where 5 employees we were just standing in middle so we just end up walking out and told them we don’t want to open account. Where we cannot get customer service.
Folks if you are looking for a good bank to keep your money account with this is absolutely the Best place. Service is excellent and the Staff are definitely taking care of you.
