I was in Milan visiting for Christmas and I lost my debit card. I immediately cancelled it on my regions mobile app and saw that this location would print a new card. It was Christmas Eve and they were open so I came in the morning to get a new card printed. I was told they could print this out for me when I walked to the desk and have a seat someone would be with me shortly. I have 2 accounts with regions, I have my id, my social, and with rude customer service was told they could not print me a card because they could not ... read more
