I went to the bank to deposit a check. The wind was blowing so hard when the guy pulled the box in the check and deposit slip had blown out of it! I immediately panicked and backed up to park so I could get out and look. A female that works at Regions came out and began running around looking for my check. She found it and then ran around till she found the deposit slip also!!. Really she could have just said Oh well that is your problem, but she didn't she helped me and I am not as young as I used to be so I REALLY apprecia... read more

I immediately turned around and drove to this location, where I spent 2 hours discussing my financial needs and goals with the lovely Teresa. She helped me to understand the accounts that I wanted to open, as well as other options and services offered by Regions. She even helped me to set up online banking and was so kind the entire time.
