I went in for a simple savings withdrawl and the young lady Ms Wilson who helped me was super friendly and easy to work with, the staff there is the reason why I once found a random lost debit card at the post office that belonged to a fellow regions customer and hand deliverd it to my branch so that they could contact the customer to pick it up at the branch rather than have to order a new one. They have helped me and I like to return favors.
I went to the bank to deposit a check. The wind was blowing so hard when the guy pulled the box in the check and deposit slip had blown out of it! I immediately panicked and backed up to park so I could get out and look. A female that works at Regions came out and began running around looking for my check. She found it and then ran around till she found the deposit slip also!!. Really she could have just said Oh well that is your problem, but she didn't she helped me and I am not as young as I used to be so I REALLY apprecia... read more
