Regions on Highway six is my best bank. They are very nice in there never had no problems always in and out.
Had a business credit line and account which were both disastrous. Every year they would require flood and property insurance which I had before the dates required, every year I would receive threat letters that they were going to fine me for not having insurance , so you would have to call and fax the policies until someone with a brain would put it in the system. Then the fees and interest they charge you are the worst. They lie to you about the rates and fees!!! Stray away from this bank at all cost $$$$.
The drive through Service was fast I'm very happy.
Not enough employees working here!! Get ready to wait for any service!!!
Very disappointed with this bank please don't do business with them..if it was up to me wouldn't have gave them any star but had to do a review but they don't deserve any stars..disputes they don't investigate...customer service don't pick up calls have you waiting like almost a hour..so I gave up and hung up..
