Worst banking experience of my life and I have dealt with many banks in many places over a 28 year army career. Attempted to start a personal checking account online and have since had to physically report to a branch 3 times over two weeks to "verify my account". Furthermore I had to spend extended amounts of time on the phone. Take my advice and go elsewhere.
Regions Bank is An Amazing Company! They make you feel like a family member! They work with you not against you! Regions genuinely cares for you!!! Their website is easy to use! Regions is an excellent local bank. I get good service from them, both at the drive thru and in the branch. I would like to see them offer a higher interest rate savings account.
