Whelp, after reading the reviews, I shouldn't be surprised about my experience. Walking in that building was like stepping back in the 1950's, but everyone had a 2025 attitude. I have never felt so dismissed and shrugged off as I did when I attempted to open a bank account. After waiting about 30mins to speak with someone, I started falling asleep. I love Regions bank they have always taken care of all my needs. Thank you so much.
Worst banking experience of my life and I have dealt with many banks in many places over a 28 year army career. Attempted to start a personal checking account online and have since had to physically report to a branch 3 times over two weeks to "verify my account". Furthermore I had to spend extended amounts of time on the phone. Take my advice and go elsewhere.
