Very good service; the staff is very friendly and helpful—especially Matthew, who has been a great help since I switched to this bank.
The ladies at Freeport Fl Regions branch are always friendly and greet my little red headed girl with a butterscotch dum dum candy. They get us in and out in record time.
I have several accounts with Regions. Personal, business, credit cards, etc. and I love Regions. Long time member.However, this branch consistently disappoints me. Each time I go the ATM is out of cash. And whenever I go into the branch, the customer service is so disappointing. Employees standing around, chitchatting, long lines of customers… And when asked nicely about it, take no responsibility (Jocelyn and man standing behind her arms folded doing nothing). Poor Customer Service in my books. I would avoid this branch.
Miss Mary and Miss Joslyn are two very polite, professional and respectful individuals that are always willing to put a smile on your face. They make banking here flawless.
