I have an account with Regions Bank in Ripley Tn I wrote my son in law a check to cash at the bank and because he didn’t have an account there he was charged $5.00 to cash it. I have an account and he should not have had to pay anything to cash my check. This is just another way of them getting money from people. It is ridiculous. Will possibly be changing banks and I have had this account for over 20.years. I will not recommend Regions to anyone.
I love the people who work there but the people in higher places that you dont see genuinely don't care about your needs.
