If you plan to call them when you are in need of assistance like I was, don't bother calling here at the main branch in Fayette. No one ever answers. I've called several times needing help locating the money in my account for their errors, and no one would answer. That's ok, I called the one in tupelo Ms . They at least answer every single time.
