this bank is so friendly and helps you in anything they can. I came in to cash a check and didn't have an account but as soon as I saw how wonderful the customer service was, I opened a checking and savings account. I can't say it enough how awesome they are!
No matter what your credit score is they refuse to give loans
Do not cash a settlement check here without having an established account even if they offer to cash it for 4%. You will be left with questions, frustrations, and concerns. They made me open an account and still yet held my funds for 11 days without me agreeing to that kind of hold. They said I would get a very small deposit next day then 60% something the 3rd day then the rest the 10th day, after confirming they would cash it for 4% fee over the phone without an acct.
