this bank is so friendly and helps you in anything they can. I came in to cash a check and didn't have an account but as soon as I saw how wonderful the customer service was, I opened a checking and savings account. I can't say it enough how awesome they are!
No matter what your credit score is they refuse to give loans
Do not cash a settlement check here without having an established account even if they offer to cash it for 4%. You will be left with questions, frustrations, and concerns. They made me open an account and still yet held my funds for 11 days without me agreeing to that kind of hold. They said I would get a very small deposit next day then 60% something the 3rd day then the rest the 10th day, after confirming they would cash it for 4% fee over the phone without an acct. Very friendly environment and the ppl that work there make you feel loved . Very clean a great hospitality.
I have autism and bi polar. The lady's at regions are able to explain things to me and make sure I'm making the right decisions easily. They resolve conflict fast and respectfully. I have used them for a decade and they are the kindest people I've ever met. I don't have to wait long to get my things done. And they always communicate with me well and give me respect and kindness. This is the best bank in town!
