Very friendly environment and the ppl that work there make you feel loved . Very clean a great hospitality.
I have autism and bi polar. The lady's at regions are able to explain things to me and make sure I'm making the right decisions easily. They resolve conflict fast and respectfully. I have used them for a decade and they are the kindest people I've ever met. I don't have to wait long to get my things done. And they always communicate with me well and give me respect and kindness. This is the best bank in town! I've been banking at Regions for 10+ years but have only been going to this location for the past 2. I know what's normal at a Regions and what isn't. Walking through the door and having the boss standing in the middle of the lobby as a sort of bouncer to interogate you before you even walk up to the counter is not normal plus it's downright dangerous to announce to everyone in the lobby that I'm here to cash a large check then to walk outside with that cash.
