It sure would be great if someone would answer a telephone from time to time! Edit: I can try to call on any given day to this branch and NO ONE EVER answers the dang phones! WHY?? I can call the Prattville branch and the pick up in no time.

There is not enough tellers. Be prepared to wait. Not a fast process, but they are friendly.
