“The Teller (Samantha) I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and clearly not interested in assisting customers. Her attitude was rude, her communication was poor, and they showed no concern for accuracy or customer experience. This behavior is unacceptable for a financial institution that handles people’s money. Management needs to provide serious retraining or reconsider staffing choices at this location.”
I had a Region's Bank customer pay me with a check and I took the check to Regions in Kosciusko MS to cash it. I was told since I wasn't a customer, they would charge me a $5 fee to cash the check. I couldn't believe they charge a fee to cash checks from their own bank. I left and went to my bank and cashed the check and even asked if the charged non customers to cash checks from their own bank. They assured me that they did not. We have been banking at Regions for 10/15 years I would highly recommend Regions Bank…they have always helped us with any issues we ever had…the staff is very friendly and helpful..,,,I would definitely rate them a 10 out 10!!
Specifically, Eboni listened to my questions and addressed each one without need for restatement. I will return shortly to exercise one of the recommendations. The financial consultant was with a client, however still took the time to wave, the two tellers were busy, yet they effectively welcomed every new person who entered the bank and continued to balance the drive up window transactions with the inside transactions. A most pleasant experience.
