A bank that's willing to help
I spoke with the branch manager, I believe her name was Kelly, first thing in the morning. I was her first customer of the day. She was so helpful I cannot even thank her enough. She fixed my problem that I had, which was my fault, and even called me later in the day to give me updates about my account. She was so fun to talk to as she was doing her thing. I love this branch. Every time I have ever been there every single person has always been so helpful and friendly.
Awful customer service. Been with Regions for 20 years but after being scolded by tellers that there was now way I was making mortgage payments a month in advance I left unassisted with nothing but a # to call. When I called they laughed and apologized at the ridiculous idiocy of the tellers. When a customer tells you he's been doing something for 10 years believe it!
Grateful to my local Region’s Bank. The staff is always helpful! Even though I am a small business they give me their time and attention as though I were a multi-million dollar company!
The folks at the Lexington Regions bank are always friendly and helpful. They seem to know me by name despite the fact that I only show up there about once a month. Highly recommended!
