We have had a great experience with Regions in Erin, Tennessee for the 9 years we have lived here. They handle all of our accounts with professionalism and are always friendly and accessible.
i have banked with regions for years, personal and business. Most of my experiences are with Beth and Tammy, they treat every customer the same and always greet you with a smile. Across the board, All employees starting with the Bank manager and down are a 5 star rating in my book!
My family has been banking here for generations and has never had an issue that wasn't readily resolved. We mostly complete our financial transactions with Mrs. Beth or Mrs. Tammy. They always brighten my day and are extremely efficient in handling anything I need done.
