I will say the "people" working at this location make the bank. Without the southern hospitality from the employees working here I'd be gone. I don't expect anything grandiose from a bank aside from good customer service and access to my money. The local bank feeling comes only from the people that work at this bank and they do it well.
Horrible customer service and the drive-thru is slow.
I am always please with the service I receive when I go to the bank. The tellers are very friendly and always very helpful.
