Horrible experience with card services supervisor Elizabeth #7753 who referred to herself as “Queen Elizabeth”. This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I will certainly be closing my Regions account.
Highly recommended Regions Bank in New Albany! I had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Brian! He went above and beyond!
Filled out a loan application. The lady said she would call us when she heard back normally within an hour. After three hours we called her. Someone else answered and asked what the call was about. We told her she put us on hold. Came back and said loan was not approved. Couldn't even be bothered to inform us. Had us waiting hours for nothing. Very unprofessional.
Very friendly and very grateful people working here very polite and they treated me well and thank you for letting me do business with yall. I would highly recommend if you looking for a bank that is always willing to help. Thank you all
