I deposited a large amount of money in my account. I didn’t know there would be a hold on my funds, so Friday I called the branch and a lady told me the manager is the only person who has access to clear the hold, but he’s in a meeting right now. I called back and talked with the manager Brain and he said it would be cleared at midnight Monday and said he doesn’t has access to clear the hold. Terrible customer service
Horrible experience with card services supervisor Elizabeth #7753 who referred to herself as “Queen Elizabeth”. This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I will certainly be closing my Regions account.
Highly recommended Regions Bank in New Albany! I had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Brian! He went above and beyond!
