Went to deposit a check at the ATM and it would not give me my card back. The lady was very kind and helpful but could not print us a new card or get into the atm to give ours back.
I live near Redfield AR and went to the only bank located in that town which was reliance and found them to be very unprofessional and that they did not care about getting my business so I drove 30 minutes to regions in sheridan AR were I was welcomed and left there confident that I deposited my money in a bank that cares about my financial future.
