I cannot say enough good things about the employees of Thomson Regions Bank.. From the branch manager to the tellers, service is second to none… when my parents passed away, they were very efficient in guiding us so helping with the process to go smoothly. All documents that were needed at the bank were obtained and saved into the bank accounts… This is very important if anything future were to arise with the estate…

It’s really sad after 10+ years of being a member. My family were members.My grandmother was a member when I was just a child. I remember when the bank was called Allide Bank. A mistake was made, and they freeze my account for several days, with no warning. I had called immediately once I learned I was scammed and tried to fix the problem.
