I've never heard of not being able to cash a cashier's check from another bank that you could call and verify if you wanted to.
Brandie Klitzke was extremely rude and insulting and I didn't even give her a hard time she just judged me as not having a lot of money and decided she didn't have to treat me properly and boy am I glad that I raised my three daughters to be better than that they would never mistreat another person like she did me. I have not had an issue with this bank. I have actually made friends with some of the associates.
When I go to Regions I always have a pleasant experience and the staff are very knowledgeable and nice and very good at handling any of my banking needs.
