I have changed my opinion about the employees and this bank and any bank if they lock your card is because you made an unauthorized purchase and I will not tell you why they locked your card so I cannot pay my memberships or my phone payment without going and finding ways to earn money and not have an updated ID and that is the truth
I like the bank but for some reason the fraud department keeps locking people's cards and they can't get their bills paid awareness
