This is the worst bank to ever bank with in history. I've been with them for years and I've lost about 1300 in one year from fraud and regions denied every last claim. Regions didn't try to find a way to accommodate the situation AT ALL! The worst tellers! Rude and HELPLESS 24/7 . People please do not put money into this bank. YOU WILL LOOSE!

This is the worst Bank I have ever dealt with! I worked at Regions As a Branch Manager many years ago and apparently things have changed drastically! Gone is the Customer Service! I wish sone Bank officer could explain to me why when you deposit a CASHIERS CHECK ON A BANK 20 minutes away, they will let me have $200.00 available the next day, then 3 days later another amt. is available and 10 days the full amount will then be available???
