Customer service sucks at the Canton location. I have managers as well as tellers discussing customers accounts. I once bank with this branch, but after hearing this for myself I immediately shut my account down. The bank head manager always has her door closed n never helps with customers nor do she speak when someone enters the bank. The assistant manager is always discussing what she do over the weekend with her different guys, n the consultant discussing different things on front end what she does. All I can is, 1 teller on Monday afternoon. Well, there were 2, but the 2nd didn't handle anyone, then left. The 1 working was handling a business customer, and the line steadily grew. I am actually writing this review while standing in the line. I am next, but there is another business customer ahead of me. Almost 20 minutes so far waiting in line just because I left my debit card at home in TN.
