Super disappointed in a phone call I had with this branch earlier today. Normally I would have good things to say about this location but not today. I called this morning strictly for information regarding how checks clear in a BUSINESS account. Its a business account not a personal one so I made it very clear I was in no way calling in a frustrated manner. I was told flat out lies and incorrect information from this branch on several occasions that caused me turmoil for over a month. Then I tried to speak with someone about what happened and they were very rude condescending and snarky. The employees don't know the answer to a question.so they will come out with anything from on the top of their head and give false information.

I know that pennies are scarce, but I was told by this branch that I can come in and get five dollars of pennies when I went to the counter I was asked if I was a business. I said no I’m a customer and they said customers can’t have pennies only businesses I figured that businesses are customers. She was backed up by a second person that couldn’t even look me in the eyes so rude. customer service is so hard to come by, but at least look people in the eyes unless you’re hiding something.
