I was told flat out lies and incorrect information from this branch on several occasions that caused me turmoil for over a month. Then I tried to speak with someone about what happened and they were very rude condescending and snarky. The employees don't know the answer to a question.so they will come out with anything from on the top of their head and give false information.
I know that pennies are scarce, but I was told by this branch that I can come in and get five dollars of pennies when I went to the counter I was asked if I was a business. I said no I’m a customer and they said customers can’t have pennies only businesses I figured that businesses are customers. She was backed up by a second person that couldn’t even look me in the eyes so rude. customer service is so hard to come by, but at least look people in the eyes unless you’re hiding something.
Went to open an account. Had about a 10 second wait time (didnt even get to the chair in the waiting area. Very friendly lady that explained my options in great detail.
This is the best branch ever!! Everyone is great!
