All the times I have went to regions they have made me feel special and that's how I like to feel when I go into a bank are a store!!!
They charge 5.00 to cash your check here. It doesn't matter to them that the check account holder that issued is through regions. If you don't have a account here be prepared to pay 5.00 out of your check.
Got scammed one time and they decide to close my account, no notice no warnings just can't use my money anymore

Everyone at the Centralia branch has been extremely friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I recently had to get something notarized. The representative showed me where I left a few blanks and verified that the documents would be valid with her seal. The manager helped me on another matter. He chatted with us about dogs when another customer came in with one.
