I used a credit union in az but am working in Sanford for 3 months. I went to regions bank to cash my payroll check that is drawn on this bank and they wanted to charge me \$7.00 to cash it. What a rip off
Everyone in this branch is as nice as they can be. They are always helpful, kind and smiling.I miss everyone there...I wish Regions was in Indiana where I had to move...
I have dealt with many bank all over there world being retired military. This branch of Regions bank in Dickson Tennessee provides excellent service. The have always gone out of there way to help me. I now live in Maryland for the past 3 year (Moved from Tennessee 10 years ago) but I still keep an account there because they have been so good to me.
Of the banks Ive used, Regions is definitely my favorite. I use the Ballwin branch the most and all the staff has been so great, especially Matt and Will and Angie. The main thing that has set Regions apart for me is their customer service. Any time Ive had a problem with my account, they have been so quick to help me resolve it. Horrible bank. They hit you when and how they chose. Ever since the merger, the customer service has become worse and worse. They do not give loans, even though the other banks we checked at were more than willing to do so. Avoid going there if you can. The numerous locations make the bank convenient, but not worth it. I had fraudulent charges posted to my account and they failed to refund all the overdraft fees caused by the charges. This is the very worst bank in the state of AL. They make more mistakes then try to blame customers-& I am not talking about OD or anything like that. Although if you have a check post at the same time the deposit posts, you can bet they will make sure they post the check first so can charge you. But that isnt it, they make other mistakes, like stopping pmt on wrong checks then say oh you can come in & remove it, never mind that it is their mistake & your 2000 miles away on vacation.
