My debit account here has been compromised 2 times both times it is 7-10 days before they get my money back into my account. Regions has some internal theft problems with stolen accounts being sold
Tellers are good. Banks policies are not customer friendly.

Regions has very poor customer service! The tellers make fun of the customers. The clerks have cell phones out on their desk while waiting on customers. If there ATM is not working they dont put signs up even after you notify the bank employees. Employee ask another employee for assistance and they walk away as if no one is talking to them. I will NEVER do business with Regions again!!!!! Oh.... and if you need help be prepaired to WAIT!!
I do not have any account w/Regions. more than two business-related parties I have written checks to called to tell me the checks I wrote were NO GOOD. I called my bank and was told that those checks were never submitted for payment. WHY? Regions didnt recognize USAA bank (mine) ? What a 2nd class institution.

My name is Danny, I wouldnt recommend this Bank its another no costumer service bank , The manager said they are about the bottom line , No refunds on fees , When the bank was close for the snow. My company been do business with them for over a year,
