Update: I have since went twice to this branch to make a wire transfer which can only be done by certain personnel. The first time I tried they told me the only person authorized to do this was at lunch and should be back soon. Well 30 minutes later I had to leave because of another appt. and the banker had not returned yet. Today I went in again at 10am and was told the banker was in the back counting money. We came to this branch on 11/30/2024 at 11:45 am and the lobby was closed. The banker stated that the lobby had been closed all day when I called the branch. I told her the urgency and importance of needing bank statements and she said she couldn't service me that I would have to sit with a banker. I told her the day before I went to counter without having to do that. I even asked if identification could be provided in the drive thru so that they could be printed. I like Regions Bank and the Zachary location specifically, I always get my business done quickly there.
Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with after 10 yrs of being loyal to them. From stealing fees which their lawsuit would clearly explain to incompetent employees. Please go elsewhere especially if you own a business. Regions is incapable of honoring their policies and actually teach their employees to use any line possible when they are caught. They will purposely stop a repeat 40k check from clearing to illegally collect fees when issuing payroll to your employees. Immediately after, the checks mysteriously clear of... read more
