I needed to make a deposit. I got there at 427. They had already closed. Horrible service.
These bankers are rude! Poor customer service everytime my husband has to deal with them
Waaaay 2 many issues of my account being suspended when I'm out of state or out of the country. They keep asking for tax id # and account number and in order to get the account number I need to be able to log in to my Regions app and I cannot. So here I am trying to look for my tax ID number and EIN number. This is too much why do I have to go through this every time I leave Mississippi my account is blocked or suspended because of me purchasing items I let them know 24 hours before I leave Mississippi and it keeps happening... read more
i really don't have a real problem with them, except there is a big turnover, only one original employee that is still there......but the other banks in town are just as bad. Regions does not/not pay any interest period. I keep most of my money in another bank!!! i Just need a local bank so can write checks on my account. enough said.
Worst bank don't recommend they should close this bank they are very rude and they are thefts I am going to be filing a Lawsuit
