A great bank..I had zero problems at all. They was very patient with me. I have a speeching disability & I can honestly say; not a single person was unprofessional. I feel safe doing business there. And they was very quick. Be careful of fake troll comments too. I see a couple about this bank
Go to any other bank but this one!! These people are not helpful at all! Teller literally told me herself, “maybe I should go to another branch”.
Terrible service! Can’t even go to my local bank and get help.
12:30 PM and all lanes of drive thru closed. Recovering from knee surgery, using a cain. Went to deposit cash at the ATM. It would only take 15 bills. I had 16, $100 bills. (God forbid I had $20's). Tried to deposit the last bill separately and was rejected. Had to limp into the bank to deposit the $100. Was told drive up was close for lunch as they are shorthanded. Teller did not know why the ATM only took 15 bills, I was advised it was a new ATM. I have made deposits before, it normally takes 50 bills and if you have more ... read more
