Go to any other bank but this one!! These people are not helpful at all! Teller literally told me herself, “maybe I should go to another branch”.
Terrible service! Can’t even go to my local bank and get help.
12:30 PM and all lanes of drive thru closed. Recovering from knee surgery, using a cain. Went to deposit cash at the ATM. It would only take 15 bills. I had 16, $100 bills. (God forbid I had $20's). Tried to deposit the last bill separately and was rejected. Had to limp into the bank to deposit the $100. Was told drive up was close for lunch as they are shorthanded. These peoples are so stupid. They are not there to help the customers. I have given a check to my nephew. My nephew tried to deposit the check . They refused to deposit that check because these idiots said that it’s not my handwriting.
Never a friendly experience here at the Morgan City bank.
