Customer service is terrible there. With the change shortage I call before I make a change run for my business so I know the exact amount before I leave. On multiple occasions I’ve called I’ve either had workers hang up on me, never answer, or they continually keep placing me on hold. Upon my most recent visit the lady that took care of me had terrible manners and even tried to short me of my transaction there and when I pointed it out she acted like it was my fault and my problem. Very very slow. I sit in line at least 30/40 minutes every time.
