Update in response to Regions Bank's reply (Ashley): After receiving a template response asking me to call a general hotline, I attempted to follow up. However, I was routed to a call center with no access to a case manager or anyone familiar with my ongoing fraud case of over two years. As a 19-year customer, I find this lack of accountability unacceptable.
