Location permanently closed, Google maps won’t let me flag it, so it’s routing people here to a closed branch. Tyler, PLEASE flag the branch closed and set it as just an ATM then, the problem is Google maps and other apps are showing it as open for normal lobby use during business hours. Very frustrating to fight traffic and find a “permanent branch closure” sign. I then had to drive BACK through traffic to the alfalfa trail to get help.
Always have had good service here. Regions is handling the Covid 19 situation better than most institutions. Great staff.
I went to this branch and waited 10 mins without anyone ever acknowledging that I was there! Customer service at its best!
