I was very disappointed with my recent visit to regions. The teller was rude and made me feel very unimportant.
one of the worst banks I have ever been to was in drive thru to deposit money lady pull shade down and said we're closed and walked away it wasn't even time for them to close bunch of sorry employees work there they don't even care about customer service period or thier customers and to top it off their was a charge for 53.78 on my debit card and the bank never refunded me for that ill will take my account outta this sorry ole excuse for a bank and take my money to a different bank and I have a business account there as well
I originally posted a bad review after several bad interactions but have since changed my review. Some people have left and made some changes that have made my visits pleasurable. Haven't had any issues the past months. Being I reside in Sweetwater, it's convenient to have them in town.
