Our branch in madisonville closed so we have to use sweetwater now, they were very helpful and friendly, hardly any wait time. I like Regions so far and my experience with sweetwater branch has been only positive so far.
Mr Jessie was awsome very helpful and making it much easier for me to switch from ornl after 10years to my now new home bank! Knowing my money is safe and my bank understand my needs made it a great experience again mr Jessie Thank you!!! Wonderful experience easy and happy with my switch from ornl to regions. Went in drive through today at 1:00 pm. Second in line behind pickup truck..it took 25 minutes for me to get to the window. How can it be that SLOW!!!! Only had to deposit one check for my husband's business account. Tellers need to move things along more quickly....that kinda wait at a bank drive through is ridiculous!!! I would have put the check in night deposit but there was a car behind me & I couldn't get out. Also the tellers chewing gum while waiting on customers is unbecoming, rude & inconsiderate.
