I have used Regions for many, many years. I appreciate that they have locations across the state, as I often traveled to visit family and that was very useful. I have never had any issues with any of the employees. In fact, I have found that some of the personnel have been some of the kindest people I have encountered working in banks! I have been hacked online a few times, and Regions helped me through it all, step by step, until everything was cleared up. I highly recommend Regions Bank!
