Ive been sitting for 30 minutes and all I’m doing is cashing a check, they took my check and didn’t talk to me or bring me my money until 35 minutes. This bank is very stressful to go into because you never know how long you’ll be stuck there
I was in excruciating pain sitting at the dentist office I deposit the money for my tooth extraction into my account. Went to process payment and it would not process. Called regions was advised Account was soft closed for being $9.00 over drawn for a few days. On the phone begging and pleading in pain for my transaction to be processed. We visited the Carrollwood branch. Brian was most helpful, patient and his recommendations were of great value to us.
Most inconsiderate bank I’ve ever used. You get money fraudulently taken out of your account? Sorry they can’t do anything about it. You want to deposit money on a weekday? Sorry they close at 4pm. You want to deposit money on a weekend?? Sorry they close at 12PM on a Saturday and are closed Sundays. They make it impossible to deposit or take out money through the branch- but yet have problems with their ATMs all the time.
