The staff at this branch are always courteous and make me feel like a valued customer. I have been a customer with Regions Bank for 25 years. I have banked with other banks in the past, and none compare to the level of service and customer service that Regions provides.
Ive been sitting for 30 minutes and all I’m doing is cashing a check, they took my check and didn’t talk to me or bring me my money until 35 minutes. This bank is very stressful to go into because you never know how long you’ll be stuck there
I was in excruciating pain sitting at the dentist office I deposit the money for my tooth extraction into my account. Went to process payment and it would not process. Called regions was advised Account was soft closed for being $9.00 over drawn for a few days. On the phone begging and pleading in pain for my transaction to be processed. To be told that a computer process was the only way to get my account back open to charge and that it would take 24hours to access the money. On the phone in tears from pain.
