When I tried to access my Regions Bank account this afternoon, my password was not accepted. I tried to call the listed number and AFTER almost 5 minutes of the phone ringing, I got a message alerting me to the fact that the number is out of order... I got into my car and drove to the branch. The teller assured me that the number I showed her on my phone is indeed the correct number and she did not know why it is out of order.I should not have to go in person to the Bank to get an answer concerning one of my accounts there. ... read more
