This was honestly such a positive experience. Everyone was so kind and ready to help, which feels rare these days. Adrian’s knowledge stood out, and it was really cool that he could switch between languages so easily. 😊
I've had to visit this bank in person 4 times so far to correct my issuse. Ive been here twice on 2 different Saturdays and had one employee who said they would call me at a certain time and never followed through with anything they said they would do. I had to contact the bank myself and finally now have someone that is actually doing everything they can but it's been over a week now, my online banking is still locked and I still have many more in person visits to make before it's resolved.
