Run away from Regions Bank, Pine/Pasco - Mitchell Plaza Branch. Huge hidden Home Equity Line-of-Credit bank fees. The loan officer, Robin, and put me into a Home Equity Line-of-Credit with an $1852 termination fee even though she knew he were only going to keep the loan for a year or so. Robin told me it was totally free except for a small fee ($50 or $100) if I didn't use the account for a year.
