Run from this bank! Poor customer service & the atm is always broken. Everybody in this office needs new training.
I love this Bank I've had it for many many years
Regions is one of the last good "hometown" banks. Everyone is nice and knows us by name and Jenn goes absolutely above and beyond to make us feel like family. In a world, especially in banking, where you feel like just a number - you really feel like they care and worry about you. Money in general can be stressful at times - especially when you have a account compromised or something, but they try to make it a little easier and that you have a friend helping you. We appreciate you!
